I'm Lost! Question on LOA?

Ok so my store went quite strict on coachings, CCA and finals. I’m not kidding but they overreact for everything!

I’m on a CCA and I would like to move to another department and there’s the possibility of moving to another state. I already have the target I would like to transfer on mind.

Since I’m on a CCA apparently I cannot change dept or transfer.

My store has termed a lot of TMs recently, so I’m afraid of that. I have worked in this place for 7 years.

My questions if I take the LOA in January, and come back in May by the time I come will my CCA be expired and I’ll be allowed to transfer to another dept or to the store I want in NM?

You can take loa for medical, flma, or school. You might want to Ck with hr on the time frame under cca.

I'm pretty sure that your leave time stops the clock on your CCA. It doesn't make a transfer impossible. Check with the store you want to go to. Be up front about it, and don't blame your store or leaders. Day you learned the importance of blah blah blah and are ready to move forward.

What are you on a cca for?

Does the other store even want you? I get picky at times, especially with availability.
