Ok so my store went quite strict on coachings, CCA and finals. I’m not kidding but they overreact for everything!
I’m on a CCA and I would like to move to another department and there’s the possibility of moving to another state. I already have the target I would like to transfer on mind.
Since I’m on a CCA apparently I cannot change dept or transfer.
My store has termed a lot of TMs recently, so I’m afraid of that. I have worked in this place for 7 years.
My questions if I take the LOA in January, and come back in May by the time I come will my CCA be expired and I’ll be allowed to transfer to another dept or to the store I want in NM?
