Unfortunately when we print by POG, even with cosmetic labels in the printer, it prints shelf label sizes labels.

Does anyone out there under remodel atm, Flight 1, that knows we are supposed to number the aisles in new beauty? Also are you also missing everything you need to do a remodel?

Hello, does anyone know how to print cosmetics labels for a POG? We can only do shelf labels when printing All POG labels, and don’t want to shoot several hundred individual POG labels? Thank you

It’s still happening. Will literally inf last time from a batch, prep cart and sure enough the inf item is waiting to be scanned in. Don’t understand it.

I’ve never seen so many things not be there than this past week. I’d look for an item with an TM, cancel it and then minutes later it would says to scan it in.

Very similar here - first mention of any of this is Monday and yesterday they announced the 75% done for next days work load and picking/packing is an open to close process. Literally heard the SD say If we pick too much for tomorrow then they’ll just overload us the next day so don’t pick...

That is 100% correct. The schedule wasn’t set up that way and if 4:30pm was done before 4:30 other tasks were being done rather than continuous picking

We have always come clean on the daily workload - by 4:30pm. One scheduled closer the past week, who will be restocking/doing flexes (650 a day forecast with half of that coming in after 3pm)/finishing packing. It hasn’t been attainable with hours given and staff available to then say “hey...

So we started at 15%, next day I was told 30%, now today from our almighty DSD we’re to do 75% of anything that drops in before 8pm. I’m thinking they’ve given an unattainable % to have us land higher than the original 15 or 30% we were told.

So the “sort by store close” at the bottom of the MPM is expected to end picked, packed, and scanned in before the closer leaves? Then whatever isn’t done becomes a carry-over? Did anyone get a specific % of carryover that is allowed? We’re going from expecting the closer to do OPU/replenish...

Those who had SFS/OPU last year for BTS —- was it near this bad? We’re seeing 4000 units of flexes a week compared to the regular 1,200 per week - near single digit POT% and no time to do SFS, leading to double digit INF%. No end in sight.

Do you have any idea on how much it was going to, like forecasted units or anything like that? I think ours is 1800-2000 per week on average right now and flexing have been insane with a 30 min time limit and drive ups of 20+DPCIs are happening regularly

Yeah I disagree with the captain thing because the pay is the same, if they offered any amount more as an increase with steady full time hours maybe but having sporadic hours and captaining a big money maker and making the same as the guy dragging his SFs cart behind him isn’t cool.

We have 4 as well: 1 Inbound + receiving 1 C/D + one spot 1 Plano big sets + A/B 1 E/F + Baby Gondo + SFS. Last year we did around 50 mil last year projecting for around the same now. We typically start off at 150 orders by 7am - it increases until 1:30pm.

Just curious - how many of you have a SFS TL who isn’t also a GM TL? Is it a volume thing like Starbucks? So far none in our district have a TL solely dedicated to SFS.
