I understand how you feel. But sometimes it’s not a bad thing to promote out of store. I left my first store for a promotion, it hurt emotionally and I took it hard because of my time there. But I moved on and still with the company. Target is amazing! Follow your promotion dream.

I was making 10.50 as a GSA. Went to TPS at 12.50 and now am APTL at $18/hour.

I’m an APTL and make $18/hour. From my understanding, if the information is correct that I have been hearing, when the Target Minimum wage goes up to $15/hour that all team leaders pay also goes up with each raise. Again, that what I have heard. But that could be wrong.
