I think the orinigal location hurt, the quantity limit hurt- mostly "resellers" showed up in day one. The huge amount of product out hurt combined with the fact that most people see that much out and think "I'll wait till it hits clearance." The fact that nothing was exclusive to Target hurt...

I've done commission sales so in used to sneaking in ways to add more sales, accessories etc. I see it the same way with Target, the more red cards and sales I can push the more it can open up payroll. So while I may not see an immediate commission I push it for the benefit of the team members...

I like the shift towards more genuinely positive customer service. I've worked a lot in commission sales and this was how the best places trained us. I think the GTC needed a change, hopefully we can balance out the hype and make it work for us...better guest experience, more sales, more...
