    Making you question your prior call offs, isn’t it? Averaging once per month is a lot, you obviously recognize this and want someone to give you a pass this time. You never know when something truly unavoidable will happen, so it’s best not to play fast and loose with attendance.

    our building was giving them out during covid. it was ridiculous, the same time attendance or prod was never addressed. most left almost as soon as the bonus was paid. meanwhile, those that had given 20 of more years were given a fraction as their thank you.

    Just like attendance points, as prior usage dates pass, those hours revert back to your bank. So 10 hours used 8/28/24 will fall off with those 10 hours available on 8/29/25.
