What happened with those who were affected by the lay offs? Any able to find a new position?

Just wondering what happened to all the ICQA, problem solvers or other merit tm's who were layed off last month.

Was anybody able to post back to a warehouse worker position? Curious if they screwed them all over even more by it being the slow season and not having any open positions for them to move to or if they played the game of only having warehouse associate spots for them to go to.

Downsizing isn’t done yet. There are still discussions around more merit role reductions, just waiting for final numbers before rolling out to buildings to determine where cuts will be. If you pay close attention, you can tell which leaders get squirrely when asked about team performance.
