    Archived Free flu shot

Flu shots do two things: They provide strong resistance up to immunity to the specific strains predicted by the international epidemiology consortium, and they also provide secondary benefits of resistance to similar strain and minimization of symptoms if you do get ill. When considering the...

    Archived Cafe/Food Avenue Failure

There seems to be no consistency in popularity of food ave. One store two miles down the road might be slammed and churning out craploads of hotdogs and pizzas, and the next store over is an 50 million/year store and yet their FA is a ghost town. The trend has just been that FA is slowly being...

What in your opinion is the worst thing Target has ever sold?

Honestly some of his crap wasn't bad. I SAID SOME.

    Just Joking Around: Fake Positions

Break TM - Sole purpose is to cover breaks for single or multiple departments depending on store volume. Minimally trained in every department to at least not be a danger to guests or cause damage.

What in your opinion is the worst thing Target has ever sold?

Not to mention they had constant packaging and environmental handling issues so I saw so many covered in white bloom, which while harmless, was very unappetizing.

What in your opinion is the worst thing Target has ever sold?

That was such a disaster, the only rational reasoning I could think of was that Nieman Marcus desperately wanted to expand their brand and pushed the idea. Target has really cut down on the quality of these special partnerships and now I just cringe every time one is announced. I think the last...

Cool, so it'll be better quality for the first wave and then be even cheaper build than RE once the initial wave clearances out? Get it while it lasts, folks.

Archived How much do you think each ETL/TL position should make?

I think ~45-55K (depending on Market) is fine considering they're salaried and managing, in theory, a lot of workers.

    Archived Hours where art thou?

They're gonna hire more anyways. This is such a false choice situation, they threaten this every year when they get stressed out.

Archived Target Found Guilty Of Violating Worker Rights

It's not even a matter of opinion, the savings from Costco for major products is superior in price, and quality in my opinion, compared to even Sam's/Walmart. After two trips I easily make up the cost of membership. Hell, the savings from buying tires/glasses/pizza there puts them leagues ahead...

Archived When do stores close for weather?

They'll close when the city/state forces them to. Just call out if you're that worried, you won't be alone.

Archived Electronics to cut mobile in select stores?

God, it's like everything is coming full circle again. Here's what's going to happen, quote me in a couple years: -New 'trained' position with higher paygrade -Target will fill that position with excess hours to try and build up this brand that Target employees will help sell them cellphones...

Archived Retailers that are closing lots of their stores this year.

It will still take forever if they even intend to, and now many of the restaurants and small businesses in the interior are going to get screwed on pricing. I Know that lot of restaurants in Fairbanks relied on Sams for their basics.

Archived Retailers that are closing lots of their stores this year.

Yeah kind of sucks for the Alaska region, especially Fairbanks as that was their only bulk store. Costco is gonna just reap that windfall for them. What really sucks is all those workers just being tossed out like that.
