Is there even such a thing? I've heard over the years that if Target employees work a certain number of years they keep their discount even after they quit. Is this even true?

At the store I'm currently at and at the one I used to work at, starting pay for TLs is $18 per hour, O/N is $19 (includes $1 differential)

When I started as a TM 7 years ago, I was at $9 ($7.50 + $1.50 overnight shift differential). A few months ago, at my last review as a TM, I was at $14.37 ($13.37 + $1 overnight shift differential).

Wait, so not only do you need a degree, but your degree has to somehow be related to Target business, even for TLs? I have an AA degree, but I still really really hope this doesn't happen at my store.

Damn, if this happens to all the overnight TLs at my store, I think I would be the only one left.
