I disagree. Target looks for reasons to fire people that post things on this site. You just posted how management was going to handle a highly confidential situation. You spoke on management's behalf on how they were going to handle a situation by firing you (for assault, lying in interview)...

Ask them to get the core roles and show you where and how the language reads on red card expectations. I'm sure it says something along the lines of "drive red cards...". Ask them what they would like you to say (if the core roles don't), day it sincerely and you will be safe.

It does not make them a bad leader if they don't know how to return something. Yes, makes them useful in those areas but it is not why they were hired.
