You just hope there’s someone close that can help or the lod has to stay close to the front to handle it. We wear about 7 hats as GSAs here. And we rely on a lot of help.
We had one cashier and one SCO. Gs left at 7 and no one to do drive up. But that’s just how it is. It’s just really frustrating when the expectation is set so high it’s almost unreachable.
