The way I teach someone to set a reverse aisle is I walk them down an already set reverse aisle and standard aisle. We look at the schematic numbering and then go to the aisle to be set. If it's pegs, I have them just start by "counting out" the ABCs backwards (from the reverse lead in not from...
We do double stack. Used the taller pushers and while the double stacked portion isn't "inside" the pusher, I think it will be functional. At the very least, I'm aiming for flow to a) not overstock and b) stock in the right spot!
just wondering what other stores have done to help your tampon aisle...zone frees? Downsweep shelves? Adhesive dividers? Any suggestions...ours is a hot mess!!!
So tell me how you run such a tight ship...I used to have a green process then lost a few team members. (Like 5 to be exact). I now have 2 brand spanking new team members and 2 who have about 6 months experience. We are struggling to say the least. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
Hey fellow poggies anyone else struggling with their workload lately? We have been struggling for about 3 weeks now and just can't catch up. That massive week of housewares nearly killed me!!! Anyone else in this boat or is my team just lagging?

Hey guys quick question for all you Plano peeps. How many of you actually set (and keep) BP to planogram? My ETL is insists me that we put in new strips and just "flex"everything by price point. This drives me nuts!! However, since it is never maintained to planogram it would take us 100 years...
Similar issue, different endcap in my store. Ended up with 03F endcap with nothing designated for it. We moved one of the back endcaps up and are using the back for clearance now.
