Is the backroom location set for case pack or open stock. If the location is set for case pack and not open stock it will pull the case. I don't remember how to change the location from case pack to open stock and vice versa.

Who else has taken the new inbounds unload training? Does your store follow the safety standards? Our unload is done practically the opposite of what it says and our TL doesn't care. I thought it was the best comedy i've seen all year.

Don't ever call back unless you want more hours. They will never remember if you didn't call back but will always remember the times you said no.

chem dbo, our closers basically zone, do reshop, help guests and very rarely push truck

night shift does way less work than day shift yet get paid same with just as many hours at my store

Our TL will not answer the door until 5 min before shift starts. at 7 am it becomes starbucks responsibility to answer door until we open at 8

our entire truck crew are dbo's. we are a lower volume (30M) store so it works for us. we are given 2-3.5 hrs after tuck to get everything done

That sounds about right. Our goal is 500 cases every 1/2 hr. Sometimes we do more than that and sometimes less.

Now that we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas sales starting in October how will this affect your store? Will we be hiring seasonal TM's earlier ?

We have been told to flex everything out. No problem with that. I then change the number to fit to what i put on shelf and also the amount on shelf number. Next I change the fit # back to what actually fits and leave the amt on shelf # the same. Then a truck or two later a case would come in...
