Pretty sure the unpaid meals don't count towards the 50 hours - from a time stand point, you're the same as an hourly employee - I'd assume you have to technically work 52.5 hours to get your expected salary.

If i recall - the magic number is somewhere between 60 - 90 minutes one way to get a hotel....

I don't see the conflict of interest - friends can report to friends...I don't know if it's a good idea, but there's no conflict of interest. Family or dating is a different story - but friends....I'd recommend you take your toys back to your own backyard!

It is possible to make (or even start at) $75k as an ETL with Spot...depending on where you are, position, etc.

For clarification, it's not a $4k raise, it's a $1k per quarter bonus...leave the ETL O/N position and the $4k goes with it...

It's all a little fishy to me - termed on the "first day", yet the first week is really and four days of computer time and zoning. Talking about pushing/pulling/autofills, getting a red card, jumping in and throwing a truck...if all of this is true - it would be the most epic first day ever...

What's your work center? Swap shifts? Maybe see if you can get every other sunday off? Can you come in early and do ad prep and be done by opening?
