Would never accept a tl pos for under 13

I took 15 hours for 3 semesters in a row as a tl, and it personally broke me. I've taken the last two semesters off because I ended up not being able to handle it. PAce yourself. Also keep focused on school. Target will be there when you're done.

I've found that in general that its best to avoid mixing work life with outside work life.

I know they keep saying that, I just don't believe it. I haven't been with the company that long, but I'm just cynical and do not buy that. Of course the other point that I see is that even with these TL/ETL cuts, I still personally see cuts that can be made in the future and frankly do not want...

I'm fairly terrified. I'm overworked and feel like any mistake that I DO make is amplified even more. I am also actively job searching, but with my weak degree and still being fairly fresh out of school its tough.
