You may be a natural leader but you still need the training so you know how the process works and to learn the little tricks that the experienced leads do so you can effectively run your team

Is your store using old processe or new because at least at my store we start pushing priority 1 and just keep going until we get to p2 plus auto fills and with the new 1 vehicle per tm rule there all pretty spread out throughout the store

Mine does that also but .mostly to keep a eye on the team and make sure everyone is working. But they normally fo the repack breakout or do things in receiving
