    New in role ETL here. I noticed under vacation PTO, it says we accrue "3 weeks vacation (120 hours)" but this is *based on a 40 hour work week. I know that ETLs are scheduled for 10 hour shifts. Does this mean we get 5 days less than the 3 weeks mentioned under our benefits?

    A lot of the interns in my area are clique-ish. They don't interact much with the team. TMs see that and it doesn't make a favorable impression. We're nervous about fitting in too but I try my best to introduce myself and build rapport with as many tm's as I can.

    Target NPC makes a great point. Only OP knows the entire predicament, but I know there's a chance the etl will respect you more if you confront them positively than going to HR. Sometimes it's necessary to take it to HR. I can't really tell since I don't know the whole situation.
