rigs

Anybody else have rigs lately where the on hand count won't change. I've been doing the same rigs over and over for awhile now. for the most part the counts are way understated were we have like 80 in the back, but the oh is like 12. They won't go drastic. I've told all my leadership about this...

The rigs take way too long when you have 175 to do early morning. I mean logically if we had more team members doing certain departments to get through them faster then they would be done by the 3hrs they need them done in. Anyone have any tips how to finish fast or get them done in 2hrs or 3...

Seems like so much wasted time. We can correct issues as we scan and fill. RIGS are unproductive and seem super inefficient. I just feel like I could do so much more standalone RSCH if I didn't have 3 hours of RIGS everyday. Thoughts?

Seems they are getting rid of guided research in October, and moving to a rigs based system only. Assuming the stores will have more control over what areas are scanned... Or this is their way of moving away from the instocks team.
