Couple questions
1) I know how to clock in to work but what do I press when I have to take a rest break and what do I have to press for meal periods?
2) It's my first day of training (order pickup) and i have clocked into work, how do I meetup with my trainer?
So alot of people at my store have gotten the trainer position including me what exactly does this mean? In my eyes if I'm doing more work I deserve a raise.
I would like to get any type of feedback, comments, or response to this in your stores. I feel out of the 15 plus years I've been in retail (not just Target), only truly successful people I've seen placed in a position to actually succeed are given ample time to "truly learn".
