$2 Pay Differential

This is the last week of the $2 Pay Differential. Has anyone heard if it's going to be extended? Perhaps the bump to $15 will be made permanent, since that was promised "by end of 2020"? Curious what whispers are heard through the hallowed HR halls of Target.

I believe it was extended to 5/30. Definitely wouldn't mind if they just held the increase through the end of the year and made it permanent, though!

Hours are cut so year to date actually making the same as 1 year ago. It’s so sad 😭

Target has not been selling high dollar merch, new cleaning routine payroll and $2 differential is hurting bottom line. Expect many more hours cut.
