2nd interview after doing HireVue recorded interview (HELP PLEASE ALSO FIRST INTERVIEW EVER)

Hello, I recently completed a HireVue recorded interview for an On-Demand Front of Store Attendant (cart attendant) position at Target. A few hours later, they contacted me and asked me to come in for an in-person interview. They also asked about my availability, whether I’d be willing to work more weekends (which I said yes to), and even told me what position I would likely be working in.

I originally thought the HireVue interview was the only step in the process, so I’m honestly pretty nervous and a little confused. Does being asked to come in for an in-person interview usually mean they’re seriously considering hiring me, or is there still a lot they evaluate during this stage?

My in-person interview is this Wednesday (2 days from posting this), and my biggest concern is whether they’ll ask more “what would you do” questions like they did in the HireVue interview. I did okay on the HireVue because I could think through my answers and redo them if I messed up (I used all 3 retries for every question). I’ve never really had to answer questions like that on the spot before.

For anyone who has gone through the Target hiring process, especially for an On-Demand Front of Store Attendant/cart attendant position, what should I expect during the in-person interview? Will it mostly be questions about who I am, availability, reliability, and getting to know me, or will they ask similar behavioral questions to the HireVue interview? If I get asked those same questions again, I won't be able to answer them. I will freeze up and forget what to say. I practiced IRL with people, and it has happened every single time. I was only successful with HIreVue one, and I was hoping the hard stuff was over

Also, I don’t fully remember where I’m supposed to go when I arrive for the in-person interview. I think they said the front desk/Guest Services area and then ask for the HR manager or a team lead, but I’m not 100% sure. Does anyone know what I should do?

I desperately need help, as this is the only job in my area that can work for me.

Thank you

What will the interview be like? I already completed the HireVue recorded interview, so a second interview is very confusing for me, as I only thought this would be one. Will they be asking the same 6 questions that were in that, or will this be just more of them asking who I am and what my availability would be?

Will the 2nd interview, after the HireVue virtual recorded interview, be more of a meet-and-greet interview? I answered the 6 questions for the 1st one, and I'm really nervous because I have no idea what the 2nd one will be about. I have trouble speaking because I have a disability, so being asked questions on the spot will be very hard for me.

Are they aware of your disability? When I was the hiring manager for a small company, I always appreciated a heads-up if there was some kind of difficulty on the interviewee's part. If it wasn't given in advance, that was fine, but then at the beginning of the interview was good so I wouldn't wonder or be confused. I think it's always good to be honest with things that could cause issues with a person's ability to do their job. No need to apologize, just a quick explanation.

Also, I encourage you to not limit yourself to ONLY this job. If your area is large enough to have a Target, it's almost certainly large enough to have other employers and not just retail. Removing that stress element of "it's so important to get this interview right because this is my only potential job" will help you do better.

Thanks for the response,

My biggest concern is that they'll ask more what if questions, such as

1) Describe a time when something didn’t go as planned. What did you do to adjust?”
2) Tell me about a time you worked with another person to achieve a goal.
3) How do you work with people who have different opinions or perspectives from your own?

For the HireVue interview, I was asked to do 6 questions, with the last one being something about lifting objects and such. Would you know anything about this 2nd interview? From what I heard from people who have done the HireVue interview, they didn't do a second one afterwards that would be an In-Person one.

Also, I don't believe they are aware of my disability. I didn't put it on my resume or anything, but they may have sensed it on my recorded one. Should I bring it up during my second interview? I didn't think I would be doing what I believe to be an additional interview for an ON-Demand Cart attendant role.

Would you know anything they would ask about in the in-person 2nd interview? What is the most likely thing to expect? I have it tomorrow morning, and I'm extremely nervous. I'm going to freeze up like I usually do when speaking with people. It was easier with the HireVue one because I could take my time and redo my answers. I would appreciate any guidance and advice. Also, this is really my only potential job in my area. The others are all full-time and require transportantion. Theres one more I could apply, but I may be too young because it deals with drugs/smoking/drinking.

Thanks
