Archived 90 day probation period

Does anyone know if they would let you know ahead of time if Target is going to keep you or let you go after the 90 day probation period?
 
If your leadership has any idea what they are doing you should have a clear picture if they keeping you or not. So you should have a good idea through coaching or other feed back if they are keeping you. That being said, I have seen plenty of times in the break neck speed of things or the wide spread inexperienced leaders people get suprised that they are not kept or people slip through the 90 days that never should have.
 
The only sign is pretty much only if your TL likes. When you hit 90 days, you will get your 90 day performance review. Thats about the only way.
