90 day probationary call outs?

Quick question… I’m still in my 90 day probation at Target and I called out a whole week because my mom was in the hospital and I had to go out of town. Can they terminate me for that even if it was an emergency?

Depends on who you are, how old you are, the way you present yourself to others and if you're articulate, detail oriented and educated. If the latter three pertain to you you're on your way for some shit. They will feel threatened. Good luck. There are several other things that will both help and hinder you but I won't get into those just yet.
