How do you know when your 90 days is up? my first paycheck says i started on the 23rd of September. should it be past my 90 probationary period by now? Just curious.

what's considered 90 days? do i have to be working there at least 90 days (be there) or is it depending days off too (like how long employeed there.

Were you hired as seasonal? That seems a little early for seasonal, but if you were, it will be 90 days from your start as a regular team member, otherwise, yes, you should be past your 90 days

Also, it's not really probationary. If someone isn't working out, you can't just cut them at the end of the 90 like the at-will employment state laws allow (which also applies any time). HR here at Target wants a giant stack of coachings and correctives an unspecified number of inches high to "support" it.
