I want to keep the question short and simple. I work at target as a basic team member. I am in talks of becoming a team lead however I recently had gotten a "no call no show". I am generally on time and this is my first no call no show in a very long time (I think its my second overall)
How badly does this hinder the process of becoming a team lead?
How cooked am I?

You’re not “cooked”. Just continue to be mindful of your own “business”. It’s hard to coach a subordinate on attendance when you yourself can’t be present. Food for thought. Good 👍🏾 luck.
