Archived Acquiring vacation/ph hours.

Hello! I am a SFTM and have recently reduced my maximum hours down to 20 from 40. Used to work 35 hours a week average, last few weeks I've been average about 15. Will I no longer acquire vacation hours? Thanks a bunch! This is a really great site.

Check your average hours on your pay stub. If it's over 20, you'll continue to accrue those hours

If you max out your vacation, then start losing hours... then use that vacation to get paid up to your average, do you accrue according to your scheduled average, or your average calculated with vacation (if that makes sense)?
