Archived Additional team member discount on C9 online?

Has anyone had issues getting the team member appreciation discount for C9 items online? I just ordered some C9 flip flops to take advantage of the 30% coupon today, and the math isn't adding up...I'm pretty sure the appreciation discount wasn't taken off. Is it not valid for online purchases?

It's valid if you pay with your Red Card.
