Answered Am I Still Seasonal?

I’ve been a seasonal fulfillment expert for 151 days (I was hired on 8/14/2020) and I was wondering when/if my probationary period is over. They fired the guy I was hired with back in December, but i’m still being scheduled. Is there any reason Workday would still show me as a seasonal employee?

I think the longest you can remain seasonal is 165 days. I've never seen it, but apparently you get converted automatically if your store doesn't do it. At this point, I would assume you were good to go, but ASANTS.

If you're interested in being a permanent TM I'd keep my mouth closed until I have in those 165 days. At least if someone dropped the ball and forgot to let you go, it will be more difficult for them to terminate you and puts you in a better position to collect unemployment!
