Rehire eligible?

Been here for 3 weeks and having some issues with my scheduling and not sure this is the best place for me to work right now while in high school. If I resign with a 2 week notice will that make me not eligible for rehire in the future when I’m out of school?

If you give 2 weeks notice and don’t call out or no call no show during that time you will be eligible for rehire. My advice stick it out till after Christmas, get on good terms with your leaders. Put in your 2 weeks in January.

If you were hired with open availability as a seasonal, and you lock it off after that short a time, it probably won't be a good thing for your rehireability. My advice would be to have a talk with your leaders and explain your situation & go from there.
