Hi all, my team lead and I are in the midst of a debate on whether items not counted as attachment eligible still impact our AAR if a S/RP is sold with them. I guessed they impact our service plan percentage but not our overall AAR rate? Am I on the right track or is she? We both for the good of our store would love some input, please and thank you all!

I believe that the SRP percentage will go up and AAR will remain the same since the service plan was on a non attachable item. Like a service plan on calculators or headphones.
