We had a TL mysteriously termed today. I have a feeling what it was about.

What was the TM workcenter? When a cashier/service desk TM mysteriously disappears it's usually theft, gift card fraud etc.
We lost a TM from hatchling stashing.

You know what gets me? Looking on Hr Zone, apparently stealing a 5 dollar gift card is a coaching rather than gross misconduct and an auto term.

We have some TM who were termed for this and some just got a coaching! The coachings happened when we had a different STL AP Team and the terms happened with our current STL and AP team. It should be an auto term, keeping the gift card and using it for your self shows your intentions. It was not a mistake.
