So I've pretty much been told that by Spot that by the beginning of next year they want to have me in the OM role. I've been working at it for a couple years and just wanted to get some opinions and thoughts from people on the other side. How was the transition? What did you expect vs what was it like on the other side?
Granted I'm not making assumptions that I'm going to get it, I've been strung along for a while and everything could suddenly change but I just wanted to hear some people's thoughts.
