Most of us use this forum to rant about our job and everything associated with it, but does anyone actually love what they do at Target?
Personally, I do. I work electronics and feel like I have an extra responsibility than a typical TM, and I am always hard at work trying to make the department look the best it could be. I have gotten recognized many times through top performers and TM of the month, but of course it's the pay that is not doing it for me. Even a 6.5% raise is really nothing when you're starting so low.
Point is, I actually look forward to work most days and I do feel like I get recognized for my work, but I'm almost done with school and will be forced to find a better paying job just for the sake of making a living. Like all of you, I just wish Target paid better but it's the nature of retail.
Anyway else love their job?
