So I recently got let go from a seasonal job at Target and I wanted to apply to another store. I chose the store and position I wanted online and this page showed up:

You've completed an application and all questionnaries within the last 60 days.

You will be contacted by HR when a position becomes available.

Does this mean they didn't get my application? Should I give them a call instead?

Spot might not be hiring again till march. They will keep your app on file till then.

So are the online job openings on the website not accurate?

It depends on the job. Mostly overnight or early am.

How long did you work at the seasonal position? If it was less than 60 days from the day you applied to the day you applied again, your application will not be given to the new store (I had a similar situation, and the HRTL at my current store told me what was going on and how to fix it.)

I would call HR at the store you want to work at and ask for their advice.

I worked there for 56 days so yeah, less than 60 days. I'll call their HR to see what I can do.
