Our store is above head count from last year. A SrTL left, and or food ave tl is leaving. We brought in a tl from another store that "we aren't sure where she's going" and the fatl spot is open. After our fatl approached me and I chewed it over I decided to apply, even if it's just to continue to show interest in moving up.
I'm concerned I could get stuck there forever, especially if I do well. Our that they will use this opportunity to performance me out. I won't take it unless the raise its decent as it's harder to staff than pfresh. But I've got five years as a closing manager at McDonald's so the actual doing stuff will be easy.
Any tips for interviews specific to this slot? I only know if one other person who had applied, and he thinks he's gonna get it automatically, and I'd like to give him a run for his money.
