Archived Average number of hours

As a new flow team member how many hours will i average a week in a low volume store? I don't know if it makes any difference but i have open availability?

lol at my store which is ULV an average flow team member can expect between 12-20 hours per week. Maybe a little higher in 4th quarter. The only flow team members who manage to get more than that also work other areas like Cashier, Sales Floor and Cart Attendant.

New people can probably expect at least truck days for around 4 hour shifts for around 12ish hours. As you learn more, you'll get FDC truck days and can move into other work centers. There's also the possibility of extending for truck days if you work that awful 6am process.

I would if i wasnt completely fed up with the company and working another job full time, Target is just weekends for me (for the benefits and a backup job if the new one falls through)
