Archived Background check/drug testing

I heard about a distribution center hiring event and they are giving on the spot offers pending background checks and a rapid drug test is passed. Anyone know what kind of rapid test this is? UA or oral swab??

It's a urine test. Rapid screening is testing the urine sample with test strips as opposed to analyzing it with a mass-spectrometer device. With rapid screening the company can do the tests on-site with kits (they probably have a nurse since it's a DC?) instead of waiting around on you to report to a third party clinic or lab and it saves them hella scratch. The DC I’m at it’s an oral swab, don’t know if that’s true for all of them, or that it’s the only method they even use here.
