Are there any other DC’s cracking down on the number of backup roles a TM can have? Recently a couple of TMs were told they had to give up a backup spot because they had three. One of those TMs asked me if I had been asked since they knew i carried three roles. I haven’t as of yet, but was told to be ready. They were also telling it corporate had a policy that said we could have no more than three. is there a policy like that? I’m prepared to drop one, but since I’ve carried three roles for a while now why the sudden shift?
