Archived Base Over $15?

Anyone here live in an area (state, city) that has a $15 minimum? Is your stores base $15 or did Target go higher? In my state the minimum will soon be $15 and I asked HR if they would pay more than $15 at that time. They weren't sure. I can only imagine the flow of TMs out the door come first quarter when hours are reduced again to 4 hours a week. Why stay at Target knowing you'll get 4 months of 4 hour shifts when you can go anywhere else and get the same pay and (hopefully) a consistent schedule.

Another thread...CA, so far. I would be concern on focusing how to get hours, than pay.

Man that’s not bad at all. My store will have 20 or more pallets on the floor until noon at the minimum. Lined up from the fitting room down to electronics, a few hidden in seasonal, and of course blocking all the infant hardlines aisles 😂

Couldn't find any info on if Target has raised their base past $15 in states where the minimum is $15.

I would assume Target would pay more than 15, as an incentive in areas where the minimum wage is 15. I've seen on here that some stores get a bump for competitive markets.

Just a fun curious question. I get paid $15 an hour and I am a regular hardlines TM. How about everyone else ? :)
