Been working for over a year, How do I actually use my PTO?

Like the titles says. I have been working for over a year, but never actually used PTO, how do I go about using it? How do I view the amount of hours I have accrued?

For now, you go into mytime self service. Click on request time off. Your accrued time is upper right corner.

Accrual banks are always included on your most recent paycheck stub. there are PTO options for sick and vacation in my time, same one you check your schedule on and call in through.
