I know quite a few people on here that most likely work at my store just by reading their posts. It's actually pretty obvious with one of them.

Personally I'm vague when it comes to details in my posts. And if anyone at my store asks I pretty much deny, deny, deny any knowledge of this site.

One of my good friends ( and co worker) is on here. We will talk about things we have read on here etc. However, when at work we don't talk about .If it does get brought up at work ( and this is only when we are alone in breakroom etc) I still will just refer to it as "that website". I have learned a lot on here and I love the fact that I can come on here and vent with people who can relate.

I don't care. It relieves stress and gives insight into other stores. I'd encourage my team to check it out. Just always follow best policy and don't get too personal.

Nothing wrong with talking about work as long as you follow privacy etiquette.

No. She sent me a long Facebook post accusing me of being the worst person on this planet. And went on about how fake I was to her face, and how she couldn't believe someone like me could be a pastor it went on and on in attacking me. That was a great post to wake up to. On my birthday.

I got a Facebook message from a TBR user once. Said user is no longer at my store but still posts here from time to time. (If you're reading this, I hope all is well.)

At least you don't have to deal with her at work anymore.

She actually quit about a month later. But then when I quit back in January, she must have read it on here, because she sent me a text congratulating me on my move. And then proceeded to tell me that the way I treated her and "other people" was one of the main reasons she quit.
