Archived Breakroom EHR Never Loads

So, I've been working at Target about a month now and not once has the breakroom computer been able to connect to the internet so that I can access eHR. I follow the trouble shooting steps, and still it never works. Is this normal of all break room computers or should I let someone know? Is there some set of secret instructions to getting connected to ehr in the breakroom that i don't know about? I really need to figure this out because I already missed the deadline to requesting a day off before they posted a schedule, and now have to take off.

Tell HR so they can get it fixed.

And use a different computer for now. There should be a bunch of computers in the TMSC area.
