I just signed up for the HRA plan and did the full dental/eye as well. It's not too bad considering it's like $100/paycheck. With my salary i thought it'd gouge me worse somehow.

I honestly am still new to the whole being self-insured and all and barely understand half of it. I have some reading to do.
