Archived Call Phone Question

Ok, I know silly question.

I just haven't had one yet, so wanted to double check.

How do you clear the Call Phone Request?

Do you just pick up the phone yourself once you get there, or do you have to press anything on the phone?

If you're referring to the Guest Service phones which say "Fast service needed in [...], who's responding?" over the walkie:

The stores have a couple different phone systems. In the system that my store uses, there is a small button on the side of the phone. When you push that button, the request gets cleared. More info here: http://www.thebreakroom.org/showthread.php/1194-I-has-a-question-about-callbox-requests

Also, you pick up the phone, hold it off hook, answer the guest question, & clears itself.
