you can call 1-800-828-5850 and let them know that you want to cancel. That number is the pay and benefits group.

Only to enroll - you can cancel any time.

I cancelled mine on the pay and benefits site. Didn't have to talk to anyone.

Now that Target has a LAW FIRM running and managing employee benefits, it's SO much harder to get benefits added or cancelled. You either have to PROVE you've had a "life event" (marriage, divorce, adoption/birth of a child, etc) or else you will not be allowed to cancel your benefits unless you wait for Open Enrollment or you get a promotion/ demotion/transfer.
