We always used to have a cart attendant from 11 or 12 until close and I believe we still need it. There is so much that the opening cart attendant did that just doesn't really get done now. Spill stations, supply pallets, restrooms, moving the hand baskets all over the store, hangers, defectives, just helping with the over all brand, and covering GS and GSTL breaks and lunches. Now that the Flow team is working metered unload and some of them are there until 330/4pm they cut the dayside cart attendant out. Now every hour it's "Team we need a cart run, who can come up?" Then there's the fast service and guest calls which we have no sales floor team on truck days now so its the Flow team and all process teams responsibility and the 4x4 smart huddles. I wonder some days how I get anything done.
