As a current HL team member & former GSA, NOT currently receiving GSA pay I was the better choice to train for CO. But I am being denied a pay increase. Is there anywhere online to view the pay incentives for each in-store position? Something similar to http://targetguidelines.blogspot.com/ BUT about pay.

You have to work more than 50% of your shifts in a workcenter for a certain amount of time to be eligible for a paygrade change.

Cash office falls under GSA/GSTL duties so the only way you'd see a pay bump is if you were doing GSA shifts more than 50% (as AARCapt said).
If it's only CO but no GSA shifts, you won't see a pay bump.
That said, ASANTS.

That is a cashier pay grade.

At my store cashiers, guest services, sales floor softlines/hardlines are all the same pay grade. Electronics has the same pay as GSA (.50 more). Food avenue and Starbucks have higher pay. As well as backroom, flow team and pricing and presentation. o_O

I do CO as part of my weekly shifts, but I am currently N05. As a Photo TM, I am allowed to keep my $.50 pay differential unless I step down of my own volition to do an N03 position such as Pricing. I don't do GSA shifts since I don't want to run the front end. None of our GSAs do Cash Office at our store.

I used to be a Cash Office Specialist before they dumped the title of Specialist across the board. Now Cash Office isn't really considered skilled enough to deserve an increase just for learning it. Luckily we got to keep our $1.00 differential for that position after they cut our titles back to TM.

I would suggest applying for GSA if you want an increase to your hourly rate.

In our district you must be GSA to do cash office. Our our differential between cashier pay and GSA pay is 1.00

I guess me and my compatriot are grandfathered in then. We kept our extra $1 specialist pay and none of the GSAs or GSTLs are even remotely interested in learning CO. Good, more hours for us!

They really should pay Cash Office its own paygrade. I know not all stores dump the position on GSAs. Ours doesn't. We have a dedicated COTM who used to be the CO Specialist until Specialists were eliminated, and she wound up losing her pay after quitting and eventually coming back as a new TM. She's currently under the "Service Desk TM" paygrade, but all she does is Cash Office 5 days a week.
