Archived Consumables question x.x.

Im new to Break Room so I figured to get thing off good and ask a awesome question xD. I've worked at Target for a little over 4 months now, our Pfresh department only consist of 3 people. We can never get on the same shift together so nothing in our department is cleaned or properly stocked up. They got rid of the Consumables TL position way before I came to the store and put the job on the Hardlines TL. So basicly we get pulled off for just about everything under the sun and get blamed for out of date items or milk not being pushed out or just having to many outs in general. I was wondering how other Targets run there Pfresh areas because this one sucks it seems 🙁.

The general consensus seems to be that Target wants to be a big name in fresh grocery but isn't willing to put for the effort/payroll into making it work properly.
