Daily Grid

I was wondering how a team member, such as me, is able to look at the daily grid of who’s working today on the zebra?

I'm not sure if non-leaders are able to view who's working in the myDay team details. As far as I know, however, all TMs are able to log into Workbench, and print a daily schedule grid from myTime.

Only HR, TLs, ETLs and SDs can view and print the daily grid.

I always thought it was weird that Target doesn't print weekly schedules by department. That's the way we did it at Sears so it's just what I was used to. Each department had a schedule binder or posted it somewhere in their area.

MyTime has that report available and I seem to recall a time long ago when HR did post it by department in addition to total store.

I frequently print out off for myself for workload planning purposes.

Doesn't your store still print and post a paper weekly schedule? I check that for when one particular TM is working the same days I am, just so I can be mentally prepared for the aggravation.
