So I work with this person, and she is the laziest person I have ever encountered. And by lazy, I mean LAZY. Things have been said before by me, by other coworkers, team leads, etc. but she still doesn't change. It's gotten to that point where I want to change work centers because I feel like I am the only one doing the work and its overwhelming. She is always talking to her boyfriend on the phone, eating/drinking, twirling her hair, all while on the clock and on the floor. Yes, on the floor in front of guests. What really set me off was the other day she took over an hour to get back from lunch because she was sitting in the back talking on the phone. She will clock out to take her lunch, then clock back in and go sit down for a while. Her breaks are even worse, those consist of 20-30 minutes and she will take multiple breaks, more than she is allowed.
I just do not know how to get somebody to do something about this. She also calls off all the time and I honestly don't know how she still has a job. Why do they keep her around? Does anybody have any suggestions on what I could do? I like my workcenter, but if it means not working with her anymore, it might just be worth it to switch to somewhere else
